The language in Naaroah is very similar to the human’s language, and when we refer to the human’s language we refer to the English language. As mentioned above, it is said that humans once upon a time came into this plant and they colonized it for its first time. Then when they were established in this planet, they evolved and culture and language were changing among history. These people communicate verbally as humans do. But the writing it’s a little bit different. They don’t use abecedarian as we know. They write with drawings that represent the actions and what do they want to say or express. Each figure has a denomination, and that denomination it’s in the human's language.

On the other hand, we have the sign language. In Earth, people use it but not too much, just for people with incapacities. But in Naaroah they use it a lot. For example, when they are in a situation of danger and they need to be quiet, they use this language. It must sound very strange because on the cold side it seems like there is no light and people can’t see each other, but instead there is a lot of light because of plants. Actually, remotes parts of the forest where there is no light, they use their verbal communication in a different way. They produce sounds, and each sound has a specific meaning (danger, I’m lost, etc.) This helps to communicate easily in any case.

These types of languages are originally from the native people. After the 25 years war, colonists started to teach natives new ways to communicate and also new technologies to make easier the communication and vice versa, colonists were also learning the languages developed by the natives.
